[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a lovely mascara to try out, Its got some lovely detailing on its outer tube which I don’t see with many mascaras so this added a nice little fun element to it that it had a cute decorative outer part. The wand itself is nicely spread and on removal it didn’t leave any excess residue on the wand itself before application which is a plus as this also avoided any clumping. My lashes are quite long and straight so they aren’t as noticeable when they are bare but even just a few strokes of this Essence mascara made all the difference. No clumping or sticking the lashes together. The well divided parts of the wand made sure it keeps them nicely spaced whilst also coating them at the same time. Overall a great mascara I’ve loved trying out. I’d definitely keep this as a go to day to day mascara.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mascara is excellent! It makes my lashes look so long and luscious. It can be used to build up a really glamorous look, or can be applied a little lighter for a daytime look. It really lengthens and volumises your lashes, making them look super healthy and long. It dried very quickly and was smudge proof through the day. It also did not clump when applying. The pigment is really vivid when applied, enhancing your look. I found it was fairly easy to take off with a cleanser, though there was still some left under my bottom lashline the next morning. Trying to take it off with soap and water is difficult, so ensure you have a cleanser or makeup remover. Overall, I found this mascara really good and will definitely buy it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good mascara for a teen or a starter make up user. It’s easy to apply but did feel wet which caused smudging. It gave a good black colour on the lashes and was waterproof. Very affordable price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Non clumping mascara, say what!! Absolutely stunning, easily glides onto your lashes feeling weightless. It gives that false lash effect without the cost! Would certainly purchase in the future.

The waterproof works so well that it was almost impossible to remove! Cute design and packaging, possibly aimed more at a younger audience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using the lash effect mascara for some time now and im really impressed with the results. It gives my lashes a noticeable volume and length without needing false lashes. The brushes separate well and doesnt cause much clumping as long as i apply it slowly. It truly is waterproof and holds up through the day without smudging or flaking. My lashes stay lifted and defined for hours. Removal does take a bit of effort since this is waterproof but thats expected. Overall this mascara is affordable and delivers dramatic lashes.

My only issue was that when I came home and took my makeup off, I had a lot of trouble getting my lash princess waterproof mascara off. None of my makeup removers could get it all off, so I ended up going to bed with mascara still on. The next morning, I had a bit more luck getting it off, but really, this stuff lasts forever! I’ll say that this mascara is not for every day use, but I’m definitely going to use it when I go to the beach because I’m confident that it’ll stay all day!
