It has a great, smooth balance of vanilla and woods, with a little hint of something that you can’t quite put your finger on, yet it comes off as very familiar. This has niche-quality depth that you find in more expensive fragrances. This would be best suited for a nighttime setting in the colder months. My wife immediately complimented the beautiful scent when she entered the house. I also wore this scent at my friends house and everyone asked about this cologne. I am loving all the attention. This fragrance opens with a blend of sage tone, juniper berries, and nutmeg. It then settles down into the notes of daffodil, iris, vetiver, and sandalwood. The base notes are tobacco and peru balm. This one is a very different from the other Givenchy gentleman series EDPs and has unique but pleasant notes. It drys down pretty quickly and turns into unique long lasting woody smell. Definitely recommended if you want to try a different fragrance. Loved the design, minimal but cool!
