Melting touch lip balm
I've been searching for so many years to find the right nude lip product that would suit my complexion and give me the moisture and shine like that of a balm. When I received my order, I was blown away by how perfect the product is. It really does melt like butter on to your lips and lights up the rest of my face as my whole look is brought together with this amazing lip balm. I feel this will be my go to lip product for moisture. My only criticism being the lack of availability of the new lip liner products that would perfect my final lip look. I'm hoping that stocks will be replenished soon. Thank you for my wonderful lip balm. :star:i :star:i :star:i

Melting lip gloss and setting spray
Afew months ago I purchased a setting spray that wouldn't spray, i brought a new one along with the melting lip gloss, this time the gloss wouldn't come down and ended up breaking. For items that are not cheap this is completely unsatisfactory and I wouldn't recommend any of your products for that reason. I've tried sending emails with pictures, I've commented on your fb page explaining the situation and asking how I get hold of you and no reply to either! So not only does it seem that your products are bad, your standard of professionalism is also bad.

Soft lips
This does work at giving soft lips but its not one I'm reaching for much. The one I chose Strapless goes on lovely but it's not really the colour I wanted it comes out more with a brown hint than a pink tone. But the biggest issue I had was when I first got it in my excitement I twisted it up as though a lipstick but then it wouldn't go back into its shift. It's not made to go back down which it says on the website not on the packaging. Do I had to break my brand new lip balm put half in a tub for me to use and left a stubby bit in the barrel. So beware only lift it up a tiny bit. Iconic please put a note on your packaging re this as it's a lovely product. I would buy another but in a more pink tone and will try to be less enthusiastic when opening it!

Beautiful makeup
Absolutely love the products that I ordered arrived very quickly .The foundation face tent was a perfect match and so easy to blend gives a lovely natural glowing finish ,lip pencil and lipstick Beautiful colour perfect if you want a natural look, Lipstick buttery and glossy . Also received a free highlighter, wow never used one before just a little on top of the cheeks and Nose really lift's the face ..I actually put a little on my eyelids really made the eyes pop. Will definitely be trying more products.

MELTING TOUCH LIP BALM
Received today opening it ,i twisted it it will not go bk down again ,like most lip balms do. Disappointed in product . As it now stuck will not go back down. I have spend hundreds of pounds on Iconic London products I'm shocked it doesn't go back down ., especially for the price. Surely Iconic London you could make a lip balm that goes bk down. I only wanted to see how much product was in it .It's for my daughters Xmas.Looking forward to your response.

Could be better
I was recommended this by an advert by a celebrity- lovely colour and feels good - but never had a lipstick that does not retract. Difficulty in using this first time - the lip balm would not retract out despite several twists then it came out all at once resulting in a long stem of lipstick that cannot be used as it fell off! No instructions on the box so this was a first for me that a lipstick did not retract back. Very disappointing

Lovely colour but very poorly designed product
Lovely colour but very poorly designed product. You twist the case but nothing seems to happen so you carry on twisting and all the lipstick/balm comes up, then there is no way of retracting it. You are left with all the lipstick/balm twisted up and cannot use as it breaks off!! Unbelievable really that its not retractable. Oh and it doesnt last on your lips either as I used my finger to try it before I had to throw it!

Lip Balm
Was a bit disappointed with this. I ordered it when Stacey Soloman put a budle out that included it. Felt the colour was not strong enough, so ordered a different colour to give it a good go. Still not that strong. It winds up but not down which isnt ideal. Also didnt find it acted like a balm my lips just felt greasy. I found it had no staying power so ended up quite quickly applying a lipstick. Wont purchase again.
