[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having differed with long hair loss for a number of years, over the course of a week I can really see a difference. Usually when I wash my hair strands come out in hand fulls. When I condition or brush my hair the same thing generally happens. I’ve been using this product for 1 week after shampooing and after day 3 visibly less hair has fallen out when washing. My hair feels stronger too with less snapping and breakage. The scent is delicious, not overly fruity and the texture is really rich and creamy. I’ve already bought the shampoo to see if that also works just as the label states. Yes the range is expensive but you honestly do get what you pay for.

My hair fall isn’t stopping!! It’s been more than a month I’ve been using this formula but not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn’t normally splurge on hair products at this price point but after trying this as part of a free sample program I will definitely purchase this for myself again. I have orange color treated hair and am constantly fighting breakage. I noticed an immediate difference using this conditioner. My hair felt stronger and the breakage around the top of my head was much less noticeable. I’m going to keep using this product to see more improvement. The conditioner has a floral scent. It’s a thick consistency which I like in a conditioner.

Love this entire range (Genesis). I have been using it for 8 months now and have noticed a significant reduction in amount of hair fall & breakage. Added bonus is the products in the Genesis range smell fantastic. I would highly recommend and will continue to use all 3 products for anyone with increased hair fall, paratactically if over 45. Products I'm using from Genesis range are; Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo, Genesis Reconstructing Anti-Hairfall Conditioner & Genesis Anti-Hairfall Heat Protectant Spray.

I bought this suite of products at the urging of my stylist about a month ago, to replace my beloved Kérastase Stimuliste. I prefer Stimuliste in every way, but as far as the final result goes, Genesis is fine. I would prefer, especially with the very hard water in London, for this to feel a bit more nourishing, but its OK. My hair looks and feels good, I just wish it didn't leave me smelling like a 15-year-old girl. I think my search continues - I just can't have this stench following me around.

I have very mixed feelings about this conditioner: I like that the smell doesn't linger on my hair and my hair looks nice and healthy after using. BUT, I have never had my hair tangle this much nor lost this much hair after using any other conditioner (including all Kerastase). I'll do a work out and get a little sweaty and my hair is a tangled mess when I take out my hair tie! I brush it and hair comes out everywhere. I have thinnish, medium length, straight blond hair that is usually always reasonably soft, hardly ever tangles. I very occasionally bleach it (the part every 3 months, the whole yearly). I don't think this line is appropriate for my hair type at all. I have 1/3 tube left and hate to throw it away but I am. (However, I tried the mask and absolutely loved it - made my hair so soft and tangle free.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to test this product as my hair is very long and thin at the ends and I am losing a lot when I wash it in the shower. The comditioner is gorgeous smelling and I only had to use a small amount of the creamy conditioner. After having used the product over a week, I noticed that my hair appeared thicker. Still loss of hair but too soon to say if the conditioner will help with this. Its a shame I could not try the shampoo also but I loved this! X

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a full size bottle of this conditioner to test and I really like it so far. I haven’t used it long enough to comment on if it makes a difference to hair fall, but my hair feels so soft and smooth after use and stays this way until I wash it again, which I don’t have even with Olaplex conditioner. It smells nice and clean, and you only need a small amount. My hair is highlighted so any product that keeps my hair feeling smooth is great.
