I have super sensitive eyes and wear contacts. I love and use Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover but tried this on a whim: new favorite!! VERY gentle yet removes everything with out making my eyes red, burn or itch. I can also place my contacts back in after using this to remove eye makeup and there is no issue (can't do this with Double Action). Hope they offer this is the BIG size soon!!

I’ve never been a multi-step kind of person - a special eye makeup remover? Ugh. However this one hits it out of the park! This scent, the light oil *feel* of the product itself and the ease with which my mascara disappears- you really can’t ask for more. Take a chance on this one - of all the NEW Lancome products, it’s almost flying under the radar.

I am in love with this new eye makeup remover. I have always gotten compliments on my skin and lately had noticed there was a shortage of gentle eye makeup removers on the market. This new product removes my eye makeup gently. This liquid remover is comforting and protects the skin around my eyes. I also use it as an all-over face makeup remover as my 1st step (pre-wash) and finish for my 2nd step with a very mild facial wash like Cetaphil or a cotton ball dipped in a moisturizing toner or just a warm, wet washcloth to finish removing traces of face makeup. I do not agree with a couple of the reviewers that this product does not remove waterproof eye-makeup. They are just using it incorrectly. I usually wear hardy-mascaras like Monsieur Big and NARS Extreme Climax, and I just put solution on a cotton disc and hold over my eyelids and lashes and then wiggle between lashes at lash line. I prefer this remover to the original Bi-facil. Please never discontinue this one. This is FANTASTIC!!!!!

I use Lancome's Cil booster (I love that) and Hypnose Drama mascara ---this cleanser doesn't take off the makeup easily. It also feels like it leaves behind an oiliness, which i dont like because I wear contacts. I always have to use a regular eye makeup remover afterwards to feel clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping this product would be great. Especially since I have dry skin- even more around my eyes and very few eye lashes. I am sorry to say I was disappointed. It cost more than regular Bi-Facil but did not perform as well. I’ll go back to regular Bi-Facil that I love.

Removes ALL my eye makeup without any stinging or discomfort from my sensitive eyes. Plus there’s no after effects like redness or peeling of my eyelids that some other products have caused. I buy this in bulk! My only complaint is that it only comes in the smaller size.

I did a test on myself for 3 months using Clean & Care on my right eye only. At the end there were noticeably fewer fine lines under and around my eye. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to leave this one because the product is just that good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was more natural than other Lancome make-up removal product, yet its effects much weaker. The lack of performance required the overuse of the product, which was more expensive and used much faster than other make-up removal products.
