No more shine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lancôme Long Time No Shine Translucent powder to stop that shine coming through! Love that it only lets out a certain amount to use unlike the one I’m using which goes everywhere! The lightly fragrant powder is so light you wouldn’t think it’s on and it lasted all day to stop the shine coming through. Fantastic product!

Best loose powder ever
This loose powder is the best powder I have ever used. It last long enough that I don’t have to reapply and my face never looks greasy. Provides me a nice natural looks.

Light, Translucent and Definitely No Shine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used solid powder in the past as I tend to make a mess with loose powder – I guess I’m just clumsy! :) I love the packaging and the design – the small holes in the top and the sponge applicator are perfect for applying the powder without getting it everywhere – the small powder applicator picks up just the right amount. It’s light and completely translucent without shine and quite invisible and lasted well. I used it over Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation – what a great combination! Well Lancôme looks like you have converted me! – I'll definitely be using Long Time No Shine Setting Powder in preference to my normal solid powder in the future

Keeps me matt so I can shine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried blotting paper and various powders in pursuit of a shine free nose, so upon opening I was both dubious and excited. After a couple puffs on my face (applied with the cute little sponge that comes with it) my mixed race skin was very white - next time I could definetly use less. That being said, it kept me nose shine free for the working day, though I might have topped up if I was going out that night, but it is probably more of a stay at home item due to its size.

No Shine Powder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This translucent setting powder is in a well-made pot with a classy black top and a cute little powder puff and the powder shakes out through the sieve top. On application I found the powder was light and fine but rather than blurring the large pores on my nose I found it accentuated them which was a shame. The powder left my skin looking a little pasty but it did control the shine well.

Love Powder, but Not Container!
I do love the this powder. I appreciate that it being translucent means it does not compete with the color of my foundation. The thing I do not like is the container. I keep my make-up in a hard back make-up case, so...it does not sit flat in a drawer. Once the little clear sticky cover gets the powder on it, it does not stick, resulting in no barrier to prevent the powder shifting into the lid compartment. It makes a powdery mess and wastes a lot of product. I do also like another brand of powder, and their design has a slide that can be closed to prevent powder from moving from the jar to the lid compartment. Please consider a redesign!
