subtle rose and gentle on skin

I got a small gift set about a month ago and I am not partial to scents because I am very sensitive to smells. I try to not use anything scented, but there was a small sample of this in my gift set and I figured I would try it. To my surprise not only was the scent subtle enough to not cause a headache, but the formula doesn't leave a residue on your skin. My skin was so soft and fragrant. I immediately put it on the list to get the larger 8oz bottle. I don't like roses and I am not partial to their scent, but I'll make an exception for this body wash. So far this body wash has been great.

Received as a gift - and now am a loyal MB customer

I received a bottle of this soap (along with the wheat germ lotion) for a holiday gift last Christmas. And I fell in love instantly, and then came back to buy (and try) more products. I'm a sucker for light rose-scented products, and this one smells amazing, but the scent isn't cloying at all. . . makes for a perfect shower experience. It worked very well with my skin type (normal), and was gentle but worked very well. I just wish it came in a 16 oz option!

Sumptuous real Rose scent that lasts!

This is one of the best smelling things I have ever bought! I love rose scent anything and this soap is amazing. A little goes a long way. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and smelled great for a long time after, but not fake or over powering. I recommend they develop a perfume oil and body cream in this same scent. I want to smell this all day!

Simply a classic. Clean rose

Clean without dryness, clean minus an overpowering aroma. Regardless of season I’m able to use and it doesn’t interfere or compete with perfume. I feel like an elegant dream. A little goes a long way! Lathers up beautiful- yet easy to wash off. Just buy!!

Great Product, smells INCREDIBLE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the scent and the vigorous cleaning ability of this liquid soap, but it was gentle too. I'm always so impressed with all the Mario Badescu products I've purchased. Specifically Rich Olive Oil Lotion and the Rich Apricot Lotion as well. They are both my favorite of all your products.

Best scent ever

This soap smells so lovely. I have always loved rose, but this has something else as well. Even my bf likes it, and he is usually annoyed by rose-scented things. He says this has oud and sandalwood tones, which I agree with. It also makes my skin clean, without irritating or drying it out.

I recently received a sample

It smells wonderful, and I love using it every time I shower! I will continue to buy this product until I am absolutely sick of it but I doubt that will ever happen.

I only wish they made an after shower body lotion that smells the same so you can have that aroma all day long
