[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Real Techniques Face Base Makeup Brush Kit, 4 Piece Set is another great set of multi-use makeup brushes for your complexion. They are soft and great for every day use and help me to apply my makeup with ease. The brushes are soft and plush with lightweight, comfortable handles. They last for a while before needing to be replaced too. I use the RT 256 Ultra Buff brush to apply my foundation. The RT 402 Setting brush to apply my powder. The RT 257 Small Conceal brush under my eyes to blend in concealer. And the RT 258 Flat Contour brush to do a little contouring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Real Techniques Face Base Makeup Brush Kit. The brushes are soft and really good quality. They fit in my hand and are comfortable to hold. They work great and blend smoothly leaving my makeup looking flawless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this makeup brush kit to apply cream base, cream blush, setting powder under the eyes, concealer to pimples/dark spots, and highlighter. The brushes were extremely soft and the quality of the brushes are top notch. I was interested in the unusual angular shape of the bristles for two of the brushes in particular as you can see from the photos I included, but they applied my cream products flawlessly and I think I am going to replace the brushes I normally use for brushes 256 and 257. I used 256 to apply my base, 257 for blending concealer/covering spots, 402 to set the concealer with powder/apply highlighter, and 258 to actually blend my cream blush since I don't contour. These brushes are truly great and I will be including them into my daily makeup routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite brush in this set is the RT256, I love a good flat top brush because it really aids in packing(stippling) your product giving fuller coverage vs just blending it in like the RT200 brush which is was I use for an everyday look. The RT258 contour brush is amazing because its a little thicker in the brush head than most contour brushes which leave a stark line because they're thinner. RT257 is precise and I think I'd go back and buy another set just for this brush if it's not being sold in singles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is absolutely a must have in your brush collection. The 256 Buff Brush is perfect for applying foundation. It does it seamlessly. The 257 Small Conceal brush helps buff in concealer like a charm. The 258 Flat Contour brush helps me apply my bronzer in just the right spot to help my cheeks look snatched. Finally, the 402 Setting Brush is a dream for applying highlighter. I would recommend this brush set to anyone that wants a quality made, easy to clean face set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a fan of Real Techniques I was stoked to check out the Face Base set of brushes. All of the brushes have solid construction. The 256 does a great job of buffing foundation and concealer to a flawless finish. The 258 contour brush is the perfect shape and does a fabulous job. The 402 powder brush is perfectly functional but nothing special. Then we get to my least favorite... the 257 concealer brush just doesn't work well for me. It is good for placing concealer but if you are trying to blend it out, you will have a bit of a challenge. It is just a little to short and stiff for me.

There are four brushes in the set. The Ultra Buff Brush gives the right amount of coverage while still looking natural. It blends my foundation perfectly and the corners allow me to easily reach all areas of my face. The Concealer Brush is just the perfect shape and size for covering blemishes. The Flat Contour Brush helps me create definition and the Setting Brush is ideal for powder application. Each of the brushes are soft and fluffy and they're so easy to use and feel great on my skin. If you're looking for a new face brush set I would definitely recommend this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ultra buff brush I had high hopes for because in the past, with real techniques brushes I found them not to be dense enough for my liking. Unfortunately the density felt good but I think maybe the bristles are too long. They don't feel firm enough to properly spread my foundation. The contour brush was nice for contouring, densely packed bristles, almost would be good for foundation if it was wider to cover more space. The setting brush is my favorite. It has with the softest bristles and is great with setting powder under the eyes. The small conceal brush is great for spot concealing. Would recommend this set to try!
