Poor Quality
I bought this product 1 month ago and the pencil part broke this weekend. When i checked the fell out part, it was so tiny and i can not refill or change. You should not define this product as trio.

retractable pencil
I bought this item about one month ago, it was not a trio at that time (no powder). The retractable pencil (which is not a pencil but s crayon) is finishe in a month! I was using the Shiseido brow pencil since about 2015 and it was perfect And long lasting (deep brown 602). Shiseido stopped that good product and replaced it with a "inktrio" with lower quality. It definitely isn't worth the price. very disappointed that I cannot find the brow PENCIL anywhere and the crayon doesn't have a refill. Switching to another brand for my makeup products.

Old Natural Eyebrow Pencil is Better
I went to buy the Natural Eyebrow Pencil that I've been happily using for 8 years only to find out that it is no longer being made and that it has been replaced with this item. I bought this out of curiosity and because I had no choice but to try. I'm disappointed that the pencil was discontinued because it was so wonderful. The tip of this new product is very thin and easily breaks off. I feel that it will run out too quickly and not have the same usage as the Natural Eyebrow Pencil. The pencil was perfect and never needed to be replaced.

Really easy to use
I was nervous about purchasing this originally because of a few of the previous reviews citing it 'breaks' easily. I know minimal to nothing about makeup, and tend to break things however I haven't thus far. It seems that as long as you don't extend the pencil too far out, you'll be fine. This is a really nice combination for someone who isn't quite sure what they are doing, and just wants something simple that works.

Brow InkTrio; Taupe
I am a first time user of this trio eyebrow pencil. - My eyebrow look more prominent. - The color last all day; taupe look more ashy/grayish color. - Choices of the color is limited. This brand new pencil is not as natural looking like the other version of their eyebrow pencil; BR603 which I have been using it for the last 18 years. I would probably purchase this again if they can make identical color I used to wear.

Amazing product if you know how to use it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to thank you, Shiseido! This product is amazing! I buy it over and over again. I am sad that it has so low rating. I would like to share my experience. First time I saw it at the Live presentation on Shiseido where the Shiseido showed how properly to use it. I would highly recommend to watch that online session (2020, one of the first online presentation), and you will love this brow ink trio! Love it!

Love the pencil not the powder
I am using the 3rd one of this products, and I only broke the pencil the first time I used it. Then I learn what is the right length when I use it. The product is great that it stays for all day and the #4 color is perfect for me as I have black color hair. The only complain I have is that I used up the pencil faster than the powder. I wish they sell the pencil refills like other brands.

No. Just no
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems the regular brow pencil has been discontinued and this is supposed to take its place. This product is awful. I want just the pencil. This powder in the middle thing is a complete waste. Shiseido why change a great product and raise the price? I've been using your pencil for years. It was the perfect consistency and perfect color. Time to look at other brands.
