[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know there is a trend for multiple stages in make up application and preperation...do we need another stage? This one...Yes! The primer had no discernible scent, is white, medium thickness and applies really easily. I applied after cleansing & on top of moisturer. I waited on my moisturiser absorbing so there want too much slip or product clash. The primer is white in colour, absorbs really easily and provided a great base for foundation. It’s called “Prep & Matte” I didn’t find it overly matte nor did it make make up look flat or mask like. It was lightly hydrating in that skin didn’t feel tight or dry after using it. Upon taking make up off in evening there was visibly more to remove. So, something was working to keep it in place. I travel by underground and work in a centrally heated environment that can be drying and using this primer my make up lasted all day, looked fresh. Yes, it’s an additional stage, that’s a minute longer, but your make up stays in place all day. Worth the extra stage on my opinion
