A big fan of not only this product but also all Lancôme products!
I bought this along with the advanced genifique serum 75ml. As soon as receiving them I start to use both in the night. My face is quite sensitive especially in the dry winter. Every time after hot shower my face always turn red and itchy. Since I changed all my skin care products to Lancôme it has improved a lot. I normally apply absolute rose 80 lotion, advanced genifique serum and absolute soft cream every day. If I feel my skin is not in a good way I would apply this sensitive serum right after applying the first two and finish with the absolute rich cream. thanks for this wonder product to keep my face stable and young!

immediate noticeable change
I use this serum in conjunction with genifique serum and I am really impressed with the results. I have always had sensitive, reactive skin which would be red and patchy always. I added the sensitive serum as a extra help because at times with the genifique my skin would flare up. Putting the two of them together has made a huge difference to the texture and clarity of my skin. It now appears matt, plump and healthy constantly which I have never had and I am loving it. I do wish the price tag was cheaper though as I like the majority of the population only earn an average wage, for this I have given four stars

Stick to the normal one!
I though this was going to be great but omg the lid is impossible to figure out it exploded everywhere so all the blue/purple liquid is all over my bathroom I did what I could to Savage at least some drops but it’s just a nightmare. I don’t understand why they can’t have it in a separate little compartment like a 3mil dropper like they do on gift sets would make it so much easier especially since The packaging is so big already you could very easily fit a Sample size with the blue purple liquid in it. They don’t have to make it so difficult. As a loyal customer, I’m really disappointed by this experience

Seriously impressed
I have been searching for a cream for too long and have seriously been neglecting my skin not putting on any creams for months in fear of breaking out red and sore. I took the plunge and ordered this begging for some relief. I seriously got it, together with a moisturizing cream sample i have seen a dramatic improvement of my skin tone, reduced pores and softness. My skin remains soft all day and even makeup is staying on and not flaking off. I really wish i took some before photos but I even went a weekend without makeup and no redness. My husband has even started using this based on how good my skin is looking!! I'll never look back and just ordered my second bottle. Thanks Lancome. I really needed this .

Made my acne completely go away
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has struggled with bad acne for years, accutane felt like the last resort, I have tried every product on the market including la roche posay, cerave, cetaphil etc, and nothing worked. Until one day my grandma gave me a sample of this serum, I used it in and overnight there was a drastic difference. I would never write reviews for products, but this serum is another level. To say it has done wonders for me and my skin is an understatement. If your looking for something to start, I 100% recommend this product. Absolute game-changer!!
