• Download the FOREO For You app. Activate Bluetooth and sync the device with the app.
• Cleanse your face then apply a thin layer of a conductive serum, and massage it.
• Select your pre-set routine and microcurrent intensity via the app or manually with the universal button.
• Glide BEAR mini across your skin for 3 minutes across desired areas.
• Use for 3 minutes once a day, at any time of the day or night.
