Mademoiselle Loves (398) exceeded expectations
The juicy, semi-sheer plum reminds me of one of my favorite lipsticks (Bonheur by another French beauty brand), except 398 Mademoiselle Loves contains no shimmer. I don't know how Lancome managed to give this lipstick both full coverage and a certain translucence. Also, unlike many other oil-in-stick formulas, the Lancome version is very well behaved, staying inside the vermilion border. I can't quite apply this shade without a mirror, but it doesn't require a lip pencil. The initial slickness settles down quickly to a satin finish, and the color lasts for 3-4 hours unless I eat.

Great stuff but does not stay put in lipstick case
I bought this colour and I love it. The lipstick though has come loose in the canal. I do store upright and keep out of heat. Very disappointed as I can't take it out anywhere

My Absolu Favourite Lipstick!
I decided to buy this lipstick online, without swatching a colour at the store, and I'm so glad I did! I picked a neutral colour, which is a dark pink/nude on my pale skin. It's a beautiful every day colour! The box said it has a "balmy" feel. It feels like a gloss, but is pigmented like a lipstick. It's very hydrating, and not sticky at all. I love the slimmer bullet shape too. Love this so much! I want one in every colour!

My Fav Lipstick!!
My first purchase of this product and I will definitely buy more! So smooth, not sticky in the least like so many shiny lipsticks and glosses. It also lasts on my lips for a while. I bought Kiss, Smile, and Shine and wear it nearly every day, such a great color for my skin tone. Wish they had more colors; I don't often wear dark tones. You'll love this product!!

Glossy and gorgeous
I purchased this in the shade Shine Bright and that's exactly what it does for my lips, it is a really lovely shade, it is rich and goes on smoothly leaving lips feeling soft and looking glossy and shimmery, it is also very long lasting which is always a bonus, the lipstick packaging is so pretty and it is an all round great quality product, i highly recommend.

This lipstick provides smooth, light and high-gloss coverage.
I bought this product to wear with light face makeup. It provides a light and fresh look and would appeal to people who don't mind frequently reapplying their lipstick. The colour however, is too light for me to use alone but sits well when blended with other lipsticks. It is also not very long wearing and does not appear to have a moisturising benefit.

These lipsticks stink
I've been buying Lancome products for over 30 years without complaint. However, the artificial fragrance of these lipstick line is abominable! It's right under my nose and very unpleasant. I should have bought one lipstick and tried it first. But the colors were fantastics and I was sold. Now I would prefer to return them. Sigh.

Best shade ever - please don’t discontinue!
I absolutely love the Mademoiselle Smiles shade of the lipstick. I have been asked for the color at least a dozen times by women of various ages. It is a stunning color with a beautiful shine that goes on easy and lasts for hours. Please, please keep making this color in this formulation- it is a winner 🥇.
