Dream Satin Foundation Liquid Foundation (nude 21)

I have been using the Maybelline Dream liquid mousse for years and loved it. So much so that I always buy in bulk. I was so disappointed when I went to restock a couple of days ago only to find it has been discontinued. Thought I'd give the new and "improved" satin a go, and what a waste of money! The coverage is awful! And at the first sign of any heat, it comes straight off. Will definitely never use this product again. If you have any old stock of the Dream Liquid Mousse in Classic Ivory, let me know, I will buy all of it, but this new product you have the audacity to call improved, I will never buy again.

product is fine unfortunately I don’t tolerate fragrance well and although the packaging states it is ‘fragrance free’ it most certainly is not fragrance free and if I had actually read the fine print down further I would have seen fragrance listed. Please fix your packaging!

I used to by the Dream Urban Cover Foundation which was brilliant, but it was discontinued in UK, so I bought the Dream Radiant Liquid, which wasn't as good at the Urban for coverage, but I still liked it as it was nice to apply and gives a dewy finish. Now I can't find it anywhere! Its frustrating when you finally find a foundation that suits you and the next thing you can't get it anymore. I'm not liking the look of the new one that seems to have replaced it, which is like a large version of the sponge top concealer as it looks as if the bottle wont last two minutes.

I put this on with my hands and am grateful I did because I literally had to scratch it off my fingers to get it off, this is after washing them with soap three times! Knowing this, I used make up remover wipes to get as much of it off my face as possible, then I washed it twice with face wash. Then I went over it with glycolic acid and was gobsmacked at how much of it was still on my face!! Maybelline should advise on how to remove this stuff, it is so greasy, it's like washing oil based paint with water - nothing happens!

I am in my early 30’s and have been using this foundation since age 18 and am still completely in love with it. Am have normal/dry skin. It is a very natural makeup and looks as though i’m not wearing any makeup. In fact, I often get asked ‘are you wearing any makeup’? The only issues I have with it is that it’s not long lasting and not very photogenic. Not the best choice for a photo taking occasion.

I have worn Dream Liquid since I first started wearing makeup over 10 years ago! It was my staple and I loved the coverage and it was perfect for my skin type. However this new formula and bottle is horrible! The coverage is not as good and the bottle is hard to open to get the last half of the bottle. Very disappointing, why fix something that isn't broken! Bring back the old formula and bottle!
