Absolutely love!!
I absolutely loved my NuFace device. It was something that I really felt gave me great results for an amazing price. I bought mine from a spa on a cruise ship (QE2) in Norway in 2019 and used it almost every morning and every night. I really felt like I was pampering myself from home. BUT after 7 or 8 months, the plastic cracked on mine as well, and sadly I could no longer use it. :( I miss it dearly and would love to replace it but I can't at this time. RIP NuFace you are sorely missed!!

Happiness Turned to Disappointment
I like the NuFace FIX. I noticed improvements to my eye, mouth and jowl area. It was easy to carry in my purse and use during my commute. I have had it for about 2 months. A few days ago, I opened it up to find that one of the silver balls had cracked off into the lid. As I was reading some other reviews today, it seems that the plastic cracking seems to be a thing with this device. I'm very disappointed. I like this devise and wanted to continue to use it.

I loved using this until the plastic cracked.
I bought the NuFace Fix after going to a trade show through my company and loved the immediate results. I wish that the product had better longevity and quality though. The plastic around the micro current metal has cracked in several places and I am afraid to continue using the device.

This is amazing bigger Than what I expected !
I just got this in the mail a week ago I didn’t use it until today because I guess fear that it wouldn’t work I used it for three minutes on the top right side and three minutes on the bottom right side of my lips you can visibly notice a difference in my smokers lines, this is incredible as I just use this for the first time with the serum that was included I’m going to add a picture but please don’t pay notice my pimples, as I am working on my skin right now for the first time in years.. the lips are amazing to me !! as mine are so thin already and I’m a smoker...

It really does work
This is a really good gadget to use after using my Trinity. I use it to work on upper lip lines and the commas around mouth area and those pesky elevens between eyebrows. Simple, quick, and I see immediate results. Like the convenience of it being the size of a pen, easy to use and it delivers. I know it will not stop aging but it does make you feel confident when you see immediate results in the mirror after use. My self esteem is very important to me. This does give me confidence and hours later when I glimpse in the mirror the treatment is still holding strong. Now, if it could address those horrid brown aging spots.I\

It works but the hardware have some flaws
I bought Fix about a month ago and started using it nightly for around my eyes. I really like that compared to Trinity, it also offers vibration for massaging functionality. I think it works so I will continue to use it. The serum that it comes with is also great. There is one problem with the hardware. After only one month of use, the plastic around the tips start to crack. I don't think it affects the functionality or cause any problem but I hope FIX team can take this feedback and improve the hardware design.

Saving up for trinity plus and led light to pricey
I bought the fix really see a improvement on my number 11’s been trying to get the trinity plus and led light but to expensive at this time on my budget I’m sure they work all well together I finally got this fix on sale I am over 50 and just really noticed that my age spots coming out and lines and wrinkles are so noticeable just really wanted to try anything to feel younger and look younger hopefully I can get the trinity plus and led light soon i really want to see the results and hopefully won’t have to turn to Botox anytime soon keep you posted and hopefully I can come back with other results from the other products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely worth the time investment! When I first received my unit I was skeptical about using it for a whole 3 minutes for each area but it is sooooo worth it. Most importantly, make sure you read the directions before using the device!!! I learned the hard way that if you dont have both of the metal balls touching your face at the same time you will feel the electric current. Additionally, make sure you use enough of the serum so that you get a good glide on the skin. Ive been using the device for a month now and have started to see results. I glad I have taken the time to include it in my daily skincare routine.
