Return Policy

You may return online orders within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

Note: Some items (like makeup and skincare) cannot be returned if opened or used.

Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all Faces tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Items sold by sellers other than FACES are not eligible for return.

Third time I have purchased this

This primer continues to be the only one for me. It is the third time I have bought it. I get compliments on my "great skin" all day long. I sometimes wear it mixed with tinted BB cream, too. People think I am glowing. It has that beautiful meteorites scent, and the texture is like a silky lotion. My only complaint is that it dries inside the tip and clogs a bit if you don't use it every day. (Usually after not using it for a week or more). I just started using every day, now, and it's truly worth it.

Love it 99.5% only

I always wear the Meteorites powder and started using this primer about 3 years ago. I really like it's texture and luminance. However, it dries in the pump really quickly. What this means, is that you get hard bits of pearls every few weeks. I think it ends up being a slight waste of product, for price. The other little obstacle is that I have to open the container to get the last bits out (which I do with a chopstick). But I will continue to get use it and recommend it.

This is the only primer I use

If you look for glowy and bright skin after putting on makeup, this is what you wanna have together with Giorgio Armani's Luminous Silk Foundation! You won't regret buying it, honestly. Without this primer, my skin gets dull one week after applying makeup. With this on, all other factors being the same, my face still looks perfect after removing the makeup. It is a miracle, I have to say.

Honestly don't see a difference

I guess I was hoping this would be more like Baby Glow, which was one of my favorite products. This pump formulation did not make any discernable difference in my appearance. It goes on smoothly but that's about all I can say for it. Sorry. There are so many other Guerlain products that I've been using for decades now. This won't be one of them.

The absolute best

I've been using this for approximately 10+ years. It is the only one I found that gives you that glow from within, and once dry, it creates the perfect canvas for your makeup. I only wish they had one for the eyes too! I usually go through 2 bottles a year. I have tried L'or, and it's nice, but this one I continually to buy again and again.

beautiful, subtle glow

This is beautiful!! It leaves my skin with such a beautiful subtle glow and smooth texture. On my minimalist days I use it even without foundation and it helps my blush go on perfectly. I don't often repurchase makeup products but I'm definitely buying another bottle.

empty of product

I bought this as I have regularly used and loved the product however when it arrived the bottle did not have any product within it. I tried the pump as the pearls could be seen but no liquid. I therefore was very dissapointed and had to return the product.

Subtle glow

This primer adds a subtle glow to my face. it does not look like much when you apply it at first, but I can really tell the difference once the skin has absorbed it. My skin looks brighter all day long. I wear it even without make up on weekends.
