Arches & halos microfiber tinted brow mousse is highly pigmented and works to accentuate your existing eyebrows so you can build a bolder brow-look
The formula of the mousse includes small, hair-like microfibers that create a fuller brow and when combined with the highly-pigmented color, they work together to build dimension and fullness
The mousse is water resistant and creates a firm hold once dry that keeps your brows in place all day long and generates an intense brow color
For all your eyebrow needs
