Sis is glowing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Augustinus Bader The Retinol Serum from Influenster’s VoxBox campaign. I waited two weeks to review as I wanted to ensure my results were consistent. Admittedly, I was a retinol newbie but had a solid skin care regiment which included 96 oz of water and full Fenty skin products. The first day I used it, I broke out. Was it a fluke, not sure. It could have been hormonal. Within the next 10 days my skin has been glistening. I receive compliments on my skin glow and complexion. I am a fan. The serum is lightweight, non greasy and has a light green tea scent. Will purchase when this runs out and I will a bsolutely gift to my family for the holidays.

Luxurious skincare
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This retinol serum by Augustinus Bader is so luxurious! It comes in a copper color metal pumping bottle and it has a matching base which can have it stand in it and save spaces to storage it. The serum itself is has a pale yellow colored lightweight texture and very easy to spread and absorbs quickly. It doesn’t leave any residue or make my skin feel sticky. It’s fragrance free and I cannot smell anything from it. The product is made in Germany. The formula contains their patented TFC8 which is a blend of amino acid, high grade vitamin C and synthesized molecules. This is a great product for reducing fine lines and wrinkles and fading dark spots. I would recommend anyone who has anti-aging needs to add retinol in their skincare routine and make sure to use SPF 30 or plus sunscreen in the daytime. If you are new to retinol I would also recommend to use it every other night and after moisturizer to start with. After your skin gets used to it you can start to apply in on dry skin and do not use too much and to expect some peeling effects as your old dead skin will come off more quickly and your baby smooth new skin will show up!

The best serum I’ve tried

The bottle is even beautiful and comes with an aluminum stand to hold it. Retinol promotes the skin’s natural cell renewing process and helps with fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, skin texture, plus more. The formula in this product is by far the best I’ve tried. While I do feel it takes time to see results for some concerns, like wrinkles, you’ll see an immediate improvement of your skin’s overall appearance. The softness and glow will have your confidence beaming! It’s lightweight, yet powerful. The scent isn’t strong and disappears immediately after application. Hasn’t caused any breakouts or irritation and safe for sensitive skin. While this is a luxury item and the price reflects that, you won’t regret purchasing it. My skin has never felt so good.

The bottle packaging is secure and eye catching. It contains a lightweight correcting and illuminating retinol serum that is truly perfect for any skin type. As someone who has very sensitive skin it doesn’t cause redness , itching , burning or overly dry my skin out. Zero irritation! It penetrates quickly and is not greasy. I don't know how it works, especially considering there are other serums with higher retinol content and the price alone is enough to make you faint but this product seems to keep showing signs of improvement day after day. Just gently wash face and apply desired amount over face and neck. Think of it as an investment on yourself. Goodbye deep lines, wrinkles, blemishes and hyperpigmentation! Love love love!!

I've used retinol in the past, but I haven't been using it recently, so I didn't want to irritate my skin. I experienced no irritation while using this. I haven't been using this long enough to see any results with wrinkles or fine lines, but I recently had a blemish on my chin, and it's almost completely gone. Amazing Retinol Serum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Augustinus Bader and Influenster for sending me the Augustinus Bader The Retinol Serum to try in exchange for my honest review. I believe you must try a product for a while to really see results. I did after using this product for a month. My deep forehead lines have started to fade when using this product! I am so excited 😆 about this. I did not have any drying occur or any negative reaction to the Retinol in this product. I found it to be very gentle. The product had no scent that I was able to discern. I found my skin to be firmer and appears to have a smoother tone. I feel that the packaging is very luxe. It also has a stand to hold the test tube shaped bottle. The outer metal packaging comes apart to show the inner plastic like packaging which is great for recycling. Possibly this could be in preparation for refills in the future. I loved using this product daily!❤️ The only draw is the price tag. However, just like everything, you get what you pay for and this product is worth every penny.
