A staple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first used Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizer more than 20 years ago, back when the 3-Step system was my very first introduction to skincare. It felt simple, effective, and honestly brilliant for my skin at the time. Over the years, I got swept up in the skincare marketóserums, oils, trendy brandsóand I tried so many different products that I lost track of what actually worked best for me. Coming back to Clinique feels like coming home. The Dramatically Different Moisturizer is exactly as I remembered: reliable, nourishing, and consistently brilliant. After all this time, it still delivers, and I'm glad I returned to it. Love it.

What have you done!
I have used DDM for over 30 years. I have consistently recommended Clinique to all my friends. Following my Cleanse and Clarifying routine this new formula moisturizer leaves my skin feeling like paper. I find it difficult to apply my Even Better make up base smoothly and after about 30 minutes if I inadvertently touch my skin the product flakes/rolls off taking my foundation with it. I have a supply of the old DDM in my travel bag which I always keep packed "ready to go" and this hopefully will see me through as I look for another cosmetic house. So disappointed after using Clinique products for such a very long time.

Iconic status well deserved!
I've been using DDML+ for about 10 years. Much better than the original DDML which I'd used for a long time and then found it wasn't hydrating or moisturising enough. I use this twice a day, after Liquid Soap, Clarifying Lotion occasionally, and after serum(s). My skin's become healthier, more glowing and very comfortable. In the morning I top with a lightweight SPF lotion, and rarely need to use an additional cream at night. The best moisturiser for irritated skin too. This is a moisturiser which will fit into just about everyone's skincare routines and worth trying if you're not already a fan!

Sits on skin , doesn't really moisturise well
Many years ago I used DDML as advised by an in store sales consultant , it was a really nice moisturiser. Because I have rosacea I changed products to a different brand, only to return to using Clinique a few years ago . I used the redness solutions range plus the 1.0 clarifying lotion . I bought a small travel kit with the DDML cream for a holiday and really liked it . Got this DDML+ lotion as a free item ( smart rewards ) and while it doesn't irritate, it doesn't really moisturise either . I'd like to see the DDML cream back please and I'd go between that and my redness solution moisturiser

Awful moisturiser on my skin
I only ever use Clinique for my skin and have never before had any issue until I got this. My skin felt like it was sticky, hot and was red for hours after I tried it, the cream is really thick and took soo long too look like it had absorbed into my skin it was just a streak of white ness until then, and I only used a teeny dot to try it. I can honestly say it did not feel like a Clinique product to me, I am really disappointed as It is soo expensive to just sit there doing nothing now and I still have to fork out more money for a moisturiser that will not irritate my skin.

Velvet smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as you use this product you can feel it's luxurious, it leaves a soft velvety finish, not sticky or drying. What I like most about it is that it's the perfect thickness, I have naturally dry skin and my face just eats this up! Moisture lasts a good while. The scent is subtle and I had no negative reactions thankfully. The only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is that it can slightly pill under the wrong kind of makeup. Nothing dramatic but I'm a bit fussy when it comes to this, just be sure to not pile on a full glam before the moisture fully sets on the skin.

Not suitable for my skin
I used to use this moisturiser many years ago and I loved the velvety texture, it made my skin happy. I haven't had much of a skincare routine for a while so I decided to treat myself to the 3 step. The cleanser is ok and I love the clarifying lotion but I'm really unhappy with the moisturiser. It leaves my dry skin looking greasy and feeling sticky, although I only use a tiny amount. I don't wear makeup so I can't powder it, so I've had to rinse and blot my face after using the moisturiser. It might be good for very, very dry skin but it's a bit too sticky for me.

Skin irritation and desquamation
I purchased this product from a store about a week ago with the intention of moisturising my dry skin, as I have a preference for Clinique products. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Within two days of using it, even though I didn't apply it around my eyes, they began to itch, eventually leading to inflammation. Subsequently, my facial skin became excessively dry to the point where it's now peeling, and I'm experiencing a sensation of burning. This outcome was unexpected, and it has left me dissatisfied with the product's performance.
