Difficult for me to use
I use a lot of clinque products and I'm happy with my other choices. I've used this brand for a very long time. I purchased this for tight lining. It replaced a cheaper Boots product that needed sharpening so I thought this would be ideal. However, without drawing a line on the back of my hand first no product is left of my eye. I presume I must leave some grease on the pencil from the previous use that needs to be removed although my skin is generally on the dry side. It's also easy for me to break the pencil while doing this despite how careful I am. As a result much of the product has been wasted. On the plus side I've had no sensitivity and the colour is good. It's not one I'd buy again.

Fragile or faulty
I've always been happy with Clinique products but the gel tech eyeliner isn't fit for purpose. The first one I bought looked good, but the nib broke off on second use. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe I'd been too heavy-handed,(even though I knew really, I hadn't) so I purchased a second one and used it extremely cautiously, and the nib has broken off again, even though I'd barely extended it, it breaks off lower down. It's either a dodgy batch or a manufacturing fault, but either way, I've wasted my money.

GORGEOUS COLOUR
So I tried the black honey eyeliner...and first of all the colour of this eyeliner is AMAZING. I normally stick to black eyeliner but once this is applied to the eyes it looks gorgeous! Secondly, it is super long-wearing and doesn't budge when applied, which is definitely something I look for when buying an eyeliner as I want my make up to last all night. My liners normally smudge under my eye but this doesn't! Obsessed! < 3

Stings sensitive eyes
I was recommended this product by the sales assistant. I usually get the Black diamond eye pencil but she told me it was discontinued and said this is much better. Straight away after applying it on the water line of my eyes, I felt that my eyes were stinging. All day at work I was very uncomfortable. I will not be using this eye liner again for the water line and need to find a replacement.

Amazing Liner!
I am someone who experiences watery eyes all the time, it has been difficult to find eyeliner that stays and does not smudge! However after trying Black Honey Clinique Gel Tech Liner, it has been game changer. It stays on whole day, even with runny eyes! Major plus is the sparkling look it gives to my eyes, My brown eyes are popping off when wearing this! Definitely would recommend

Awful
I got this eyeliner in the shade black honey and it's the worst eyeliner I own. The shade is basically brown and not giving the colour pay off I would have wanted, and it's impossible to get a straight line from it or perfect your look as when you go in to straighten the line the wax texture of the pencil rubs the line off. Really disappointed. Don't bother

Game Changer!
I loved how it stays on my waterline all day and doesn't move! I have been running along my top lash waterline and it instantly gives the illusion of thicker lashes. This has been amazing for me as I can never wear any other pencil in my waterline due to sensitivity - so I was over the moon when this was launched as Clinique is always safe for me!

Love the new Black Honey shade
I'm a big fan of High Impact Gel Tech Eyeliner. The black version turned to be the best product in the market and compeltly shifted to this product. Now I had a chance to try Black Honey version and it hasn't disappointed. I'm happy I can trial different colours and play around with my makeup. Black Honey never disappointsÖ
