Return Policy

You may return online orders within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

Note: Some items (like makeup and skincare) cannot be returned if opened or used.

Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all Faces tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Items sold by sellers other than FACES are not eligible for return.

Leaves skin feeling soap-bar fresh!

I used this product as it was a free sample. It left my skin feeling like I'd just used a plain old bar of soap from the supermarket. My skin felt stripped of everything, it felt tight and had that awful filmy feel afterwards. The 'lather' was simply a thick condensed foam. When drying my face after extensively rinsing, I was left with make up smears on the towel. My eye make up was not removed and it stung my eyes. They were closed. Not a good product and I was not encouraged to buy this fashwash.

My favourite cleanser

I have used this product for years, I love it. In fact I could not live without it!! I used to have quite poor skin but now it is clear and not only feels nice but I have had people comment on how lucky I am to have such soft, clear skin on my face. It is particularly good at removing makeup but I use it every night whether I have worn makeup or not.

The missing piece to my regime!

Having used 3-Step for 27 years, and now being 51 and work requires I commute into the smoky city, I've been feeling there's something missingÖ Found it! Thank goodness. Now some dislike skin feeling tight, I love it. Following it up with a dollop of moisture surge night mask, completely resets my skin. My confidence has gone "Whoop!"

My face hurts

I usually use the foaming facial soap every day. I got this as a sample, first time I've tried this one. I don't have sensitive skin and I have combination skin. My face left red, hot, itchy and tight. Had to sit with a cold flannel on my face to cool it down. Really harsh on the skin

Kind to skin and effective

Love this cleanser. It gives a squeaky clean feeling however very gentle and does not dry out skin. I have an oily combination skin type and this cleanser helps to balance it and keeps the pores very clean. I would highly recommend to try it,

do not recommend if you have sensitive skin

love clinique and wear a few of their products religiously but this one leaves my skin very red so i've stopped using it - probably just not for my skin type as it does say for oily skin on the packaging.

Doesn't remove makeup

Waste of money, the soap doesn't remove mascara, eyeshadows or even foundation properly. With non-sulphate formula you are creating a not effective product. I would rather have a product that works

Love this Product

I've now used this product for many years. I find it really cleans my face, all traces of make-up, yet is gentle on the skin.
