Express Delivery - 24 hours: Delivery within 24 hours, for orders in the below cities:

Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Sharjah: Orders placed before 12 PM.

Return Policy

You may return online orders within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

Note: Some items (like makeup and skincare) cannot be returned if opened or used.

Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all Faces tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Items sold by sellers other than FACES are not eligible for return.
