Product malfunction

I just walked out the store with this. I turn the balm so it can pop out, and it won’t turn back in. Now I can’t close it. Which means I can’t use it. I spent R70 on this thing. Down the drain.

Can we do better?

I only use the Essence products, and I have purchased quite a bit of the Juicy Bomb butter balms. It's such a great product to apply on your lips, has a slight color and gloss for girls like me who don't want to use lipstick. I have to ask what were you thinking when you made this container? 1. It doesn't last. It's NOT cheap, and it doesn't even last a full month. 2. Once you twist it up, it locks and doesn't go back down; why?

I did bought this today .The product is very good it feel amazing on one's lips nice and buttery but the only problem i had and most people had is the moment when you twist it up you can't twist it back down it's almost like it's locked 😆and i did literally broke mine from struggling but overall the product is ohk.

Do not purchase

I'm amazed that a company thought a non-retractable lip product was a good idea! If it were user-friendly, the lip color is nice. However, the design is awful, and for this reason alone, I will never repurchase it. I am going to return this crap tomorrow.

Could be better

I bought this lip butter about a month ago. The good: The lip butter has a beautiful pink colour and feels light on the lips. The bad: The packaging is badly designed in my opinion. It winds up to dispense the product but doesn’t wind back down, which causes a bit of a mess on the barrel. The cap also comes off easily, so you may find it open if you keep it in a bag or pocket (which could mess your clothes if it’s in your pocket). It’s also not very moisturizing. I would have rated it higher, but it finished (or stopped winding up) in less than a month of irregular use.

Stupid design

Really stupid design that you cannot retract after twisting out to much gloss. Don't waste your money on this.

Glossy and moisturising

Exactly what I needed my lips are moisturised and glossy at the same time. So it’s definitely a win for me
