The colour is a deep black, and the brush separates the lashes really well. It’s not completely water-resistant, but it lasts all day without flaking or smudging.

I did find this one transfered under my eyes as the day went on which was disappointing. It does however lengthen lashes well and separates them too. I prefer a plastic wand over a brush personally.
