Apply a quarter size amount of Le Masque Elixir Ultime to the mid-lengths and ends of hair. Massage throughout, paying close attention to the ends, and comb through for even distribution. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Silky and healthy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this a couple times week and find it ultra nourishing. It leaves my hair healthy looking and a nice shine. It is much needed (in combination with purple shampoos) as naturally have mid blonde hair color with light blonde highlights and try to avoid brassiness between coloring. My hair is very fine but I have a lot of it; it often gets tangled easily and sometimes dry at the ends. This helps alleviate that. I also wear my hair up half the time along with glasses so it’s susceptible to breakage and this helps provide more elasticity. I mainly try to use just on my ends or where it feels more damaged.

Shine and bounce is BACK!
My hair was damaged by one of those bonding treatments and was very wire like, rough and the strands that broke would stick out of my head. Humidity, ANY amount of humidity, made it worse. A big ole haystack. I bought many Kerastase mini's to try them out and this was the clear winner. My hair is like glass, it has bounce, holds a curl.. it does not look damaged at all. This and a few other Kerastase products healed my hair. My current Rx = Bain Satin 2 for fine hair, this mask, after towel drying well Original Hair Oil mixed with Thermique Régénérant Blow Dry Primer, and then L'incroyable Blowdry Hair Lotion. I can go 4 days without having to shampoo. Thank you Kerastase!

I tried this mask last night for the first time and WOW! It worked so well. My hair is so soft, shiny and healthy looking. I was beyond impressed and I didn't even leave it in that long (maybe a minute). I can't wait to see my hair after leaving it in for longer. I will say I was a bit skeptical at first because you can actually feel the oil in the cream (if that makes sense) and I thought oh no, this is going to be heavy and coat my hair. But no! My hair was not weighed down at all and it doesn't feel like it has a coating on it or anything. If you have dry hair, try it, you will not regret it!!

Bring back the Elixir Ultime Oleo-Complexe!!!!
Please bring back the Elixir Ultime Oleo-Complexe ( gold jar.) The product was amazing and the fragrance was beautiful! This is definitely not the same nor does it have the same effects. Disappointed, especially for the price.

Unpleasant aroma and feel
I was a huge fan of Oleo Relax and I can't figure out why such a wonderful product would be discontinued. But I liked it so much I thought I would try something else by Kerastase. This doesn't hold a candle. First: I just took a shower and I can barely stand myself because it smells so unpleasant to me (cheap men's deodorant). The texture is lacking as well and my hair was difficult to comb through after use (not the case with Oleo). When I spend this much on shampoo and conditioner I expect to be thrilled - not extremely disappointed. Will return.

The only mask I do at home, very rich, smell lasts for days smells expensive and rightly so, I use this once a week at least instead of conditioner after shampooing, I apply straight to towel dried lengths and ends starting at my ends and making my way up but no higher than my jawline as we have natural hydration from our roots anyway and I don't want more oil produced there, after I rinse thoroughly. Also to mention you only need a hazelnut sized amount on your hair, my hair is medium and long and it covers every bit as it dilutes with the water

Magical - Soft, bouncy, shiny volume
As I’ve entered my mid-thirties, my hair has stopped looking effortlessly fabulous with the inexpensive products I used in my 20s. So I’ve begrudgingly started spending a ton more on hair products. This one is magical. It makes my hair so bouncy, soft, shiny, and full of volume, and it lasts for days, even after subsequent washings. I am absolutely in love and will continue to repurchase. I like to use a generous amount once per week so I am guessing this jar will last me between 1.5 and 2 months.
