Return Policy

You may return online orders within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

Note: Some items (like makeup and skincare) cannot be returned if opened or used.

Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all Faces tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Items sold by sellers other than FACES are not eligible for return.

I swear by Lancôme Genifique Day Cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swear by Lancôme Génifique Day Cream. I have been using this with the Youth Activator since 2010 and my skin is absolutely flawless. I am a 37 year old and people always comment on my age and how young I look. I can now appreciate my own skin and have confidence in myself. I have two kids and have no time for 10 steps beauty routines every night. But using Lancôme eye make up remover, cleanser, toner, under eye cream and multi lift gel is equal to using 10 products, leaves my face glowing and fresh. My skin tone is very rare and not every foundation suit me. But TEINT IDOLE ULTRA CUSHION No. 5 is the best match for me. My Lancôme lipstick, mascara, eyeliner complements my face perfectly. Glides on well

I have only been using this for 2 weeks. I found the perfume pleasant and the cream glides onto my skin effortlessly. The cream is light and smooth, not heavy. It absorbes quite quickly into the skin. It did make my skin feel silky smooth, but at this early stage I cannot tell whether it actually does anything beneficial . I like the shape of the jar, it fits snugly into my hand, so I can swipe some cream from the jar without any problems. The only thing that annoyed me was that there was a big air bubble in my jar, and when popped I was left with a big whole, and considerably less product to play with.

Génifique Day Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s exactly the right thickness of cream for me. I love the way it feels on my skin because it’s not heavy and doesn’t leave any white residue on my skin. It flows and blends so well with my other facial products too. And I love the scent of the cream as well, it’s just perfect!! Ps - It was gifted to me in December 2022 and when I finished it I bought myself the 50ml because I loved it so much! And it’s my first time ever using any Lancōme product, so it’s on my list of high recommendations!!

Keeps my skin soft and fresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this day cream for years and didn’t realise what a big difference it made until I ran out of it and went without it for a week - my skin suddenly looked so tired and worn. The cream has an immediate effect - you don’t have to try it for weeks or months to see a noticeable difference. It’s definitely worth the price tag.

Will never go back!

Started using this Day cream after a sample my partner received as a gift, along with the serum to match about 7 days in I noticed a difference in my skin that I simply hadn't seen using other products. It was more supple, much clearer and smooth. I've been using now for nearly 2 years and I just love the way it makes me look and feel

The product works well

I received this product about 2 months ago, and glad to report that it works well, i personally don't like the consistency of the night cream, so I substitute my night routine with this cream. I go to bed with no stickiness felling and wake up with soft and glowing skin every morning. I recommended this cream to anyone!

Day Cream

This cream is light and appears to be easily absorbed by the skin. The jar is pleasant to handle. I'm not totally satisfied with this day cream because it forms small "crumbs" when I apply my foundation. I have to brush those and apply another cream before I can apply the foundation.

Love, love, LOVE this product!! It makes my skin feel so soft and i can feel it plumping my face. I use in conjunction with a couple of your other products and the effect is amazing! They are actually minimising my wrinkles and that makes me so happy Thank you Lancome! Mx
