I don't think I've ever loved a lancome mascara like I love this one. Not only is the wand small and precise, but it also lengthens my lashes so beautifully. I always make sure to curl my lashes before I apply mascara, but I also found it better to curl them after I applied mascara (take this with caution) so that they can stay curled. It did not smudge or rub off, even in a 7 hour shift (yes, I was sweating). This mascara was so easy to use and I have yet to put it down ever since I got it. HIGHLY recommend!

I'm easily sucked in by the packaging and the rose gold tube that holds the mascara is stunning! next, i appreciate the thin mascara wand. i also appreciate the brush and bristles are all one size. i feel like this makes it easier for mascara to be applied evenly. the marketing states "up to 75% visible length." i partly agree with this in them stating "visible" which is true but i think the length could be better, even after appliying 2-3 coats, i don't agree that my lashes were 75% more visible. i would recommend this mascara if you like a true black lengthing mascara that could be combined with another mascara to give you a more bold statement lash

It lengthens, not a ton but it does. It doesn’t give much curl but it does give some volume because it’s not the type of mascara that really separates your lashes into clumps. I would say that it is definitely buildable. When doing the first coat it felt a little dry and like there was not a ton of product coming off so I recommend using another layer. It also is not waterproof which makes taking it off a lot easier. It doesn’t flake either which is very nice. It is an expensive product for it being mascara but if you want to splurge on it you should like it. It’s not my favorite mascara and not something I would spend that much on because there are many other better and cheaper mascaras but it is not a bad product by any means. This is a great lengthening mascara that does not smudge! I have fairly oily eyes and a decent amount of mascaras like to smudge under my eyes. All Lancôme mascara have worked for my oily eyes and do not smudge! This version of mascara is great at lengthening and helps define my lashes. This will be best for long, curly lashes or bottom lashes. I was able to wear this mascara for a full day without flaking for smudging! I has good longevity. I would purchase this again, but I would only use it for certain applications like my lower lashes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wand and applicator spoolie are very easy to control and apply precisely, I really like this part of the mascara. It lengthens and defines my lashes and even holds a curl from the lash curler. However, I can’t get past how flakey the formula is and feel like this was huge oversight on Lancôme because they usually have top tier mascaras (lash idôle is my holy grail). If I don’t brush my lashes out after the mascara dries the flaking is less but still present, big disappointment since everything else about the mascara is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I applied this mascara I was genuinely so shocked in the best way possible, I never thought my eyelashes could look this good. This is exactly what I look for in a mascara; for it to make my lashes look long, separated, and clump-free. I could rave about how stunning it looks on for days, especially when it’s fresh on. My one qualm about it was that I did notice it transferring to the area right under my eyes which I hated so much. I typically avoid applying bottom lash mascara to avoid this from happening, so for it to still have done that was so sad to me especially with how much I loved the way it looks. Like my lashes never look this fluttery and long with anything else. I just need a super super waterproof version that will stay in place all day no matter what.
