Return Policy

You may return online orders within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

Note: Some items (like makeup and skincare) cannot be returned if opened or used.

Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all Faces tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Items sold by sellers other than FACES are not eligible for return.

Needs improvement

I love the creamy easy to apply texture, but the tip is way too thick for those of us who like to us small amount of as a filler to then brush it in. The attached brush is wonderful and works great to blend the color in. However I find myself wiping away a lot of the color away because it applies such thick lines. Another downfall is that this is not a pencil that you can sharpen or twist out. As the tip wears out it will be difficult to make a point again especially since the applicator/barrel is so fat at the end. If they redesign the barrel this might just become my favorite eyebrow pencil, but right now it needs some improvements.

No. Just no.

This product needs more work. The tip keeps falling out of the tube, and it does not stay sharp as pictured. I have thick brows, but even at that I'm still wiping away half the product. The brush is okay, but at this point it is so full of product that I have to wash it in order to use it. I am very disappointed that Lancome discontinued the Modele Sourcils line, which was my favorite. I had hoped this would be a suitable replacement, but it falls far short. Bring back Modele Sourcils!

Pleasantly Surprised

I was hesitant to try this out because of the negative reviews, but I am SO GLAD I did! I am a very low maintenance/non-precision makeup wearer - so this product is PERFECT for me. It gives me brow volume and color without having to worry about drawing perfect lines and shading in like some kind of art student. If you want something you can literally dot on your brow area and smooth out, I think you will like this too! I've had no problems with the product falling apart or becoming dull thus far.

Like the Idea

Great idea for those with big brows. The product came with a point on the pencil, but once it was gone it did not really work. There is no way to sharpen the pencil. I have thin eyebrows and am constantly cleaning the pencil from above and below my eye brows. I really wish there was a way to keep some point to it. I really liked the impact it made on my eyebrows.

i dont tend to buy highlighter that often for my brows as its always looked so obvious but i really like this one because its very subtle but it has a lovely shine to it when its caught in the right lighting. I would say once applied under the brow to use a small blender just to buff it out a little more and it looks wonderful

Used twice and the cap would not come off

I bought this with my last order. I liked the product but on the third application attempt the cap was stuck on so tight that in trying to open it, the cap finally came off with all of the insides stuck in it. I never was able to get to the portion that actually goes on your brow.

Great product

I've already purchased this twice. It fills in and smooths over the brows enough to give added color without being flaky or gummy. I appreciate the larger pencil for a more natural look for me.

Best I have used.

I bought this a few months ago and I am so glad I did, it’s soft wax type pencil goes on so easily and when you brush it through it looks so natural. I would not use anything else!
