Return Policy

You may return online orders within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

Note: Some items (like makeup and skincare) cannot be returned if opened or used.

Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all Faces tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Items sold by sellers other than FACES are not eligible for return.

Best lip balm out there!!

I got this as a gift and thought nothing special of it, just another lip balm, BUT HOLY SMOKES WOW I was so pleasantly shocked about how amazing this lip balm was. It does the job 100% It doesn’t make my lips more dry and works as an amazing night mask for lips, leaves my lips gorgeously juicy and moisturized in the morning. I just love this product sm I’m definitely buying another one

Everything I've tried from Mario

Almost perfect! Just missing SPF

The mint flavor is my fave. Thin, not sticky, a little shine, and ultra moisturizing. In the era of THICK lip masks and lip oils, it's nice to have something light and moisturizing. The only thing missing is SPF! Then, this would be my holy grail.

Love this lip balm! It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this lip balm! It goes in so smooth and a little goes a long way. It’s a very hydrating lip product and lasts several hours before needing to reapply. My lips are always dry, so I have tried a ton of products. This is in my top three!

I’ve been looking for a
