Remove one strip from the sachet using dry hands.

Moisten your upper teeth with your tongue.

Press the strip firmly onto your teeth and align it along the gumline.

Fold the excess part behind your teeth. Lightly moisten the strip with your tongue so it doesn’t stick to your lip.

Repeat the process for the lower teeth. The strips will dissolve on their own after about 15 minutes.

Application recommendation: After a 7- or 14-day treatment, a break of 1–2 weeks is ideal. Continuous use is generally possible as long as it is well tolerated. If discomfort or increased sensitivity occurs, discontinue use.
