Zen Eau de Parfum Women Perfume (50ml)

The Zen parfume your site had advertised is not the one I received. False advertisement. I compared the original Zen bottle and scent and it is slightly different because i have one if the original bottles that look like what was advertised. I was very disappointed but I will keep the 2 bottles i have ordered. I have been using the original Zen 17+ years. I have went to several distributors in US and Japan and they did not have any on their shelves to sell. The current parfume does not give me the same sensory affect. Im sorry but im not sure if I will continue to order from your site again.

I was born with a great nose. Just sayin. My grandmother was perfume obsessed and had every old classic imaginable in the 70s when I was a child. Shalimar, Lanvin, Youth Dew, White Shoulders, Tabu, etc. I always loved perfume. But the one I fell instantly and forever head over heels in love with was Zen. The smoky, incense-y floral, without a hint of cloying sweetness, transported me to another world, and I have never forgotten it! My taste in fragrance has stayed true to its origins. I still love woody incense with a hint of floral and wet forest floor. Please, please bring back the original. It was just too gorgeous to remain just an unforgettable memory!

I actually smelled it first in a Shiseido store in Chicago, where I started to buy it then, but hesitated because perfume often "turns" on me if it has a lot of synthetic fragrance oils in it. I wore the sample the sales lady sprayed on me all day and it never turned - a sign of a high quality product! I came home and ordered it immediately. It is crisp and clean, with a hint of citrus and creamy flowers. I have received so many compliments while wearing this perfume. I never put on much, as I believe in not having my perfume proceed me into a room. Yet people always seem to catch its delicate scent. I will be a forever customer of this beautiful perfume.

I have Zen for years and am a long time Shiseido skin care and makeup lover. My beauty shelf is 100% Shiseido. I sprayed this once and couldn't believe how bad it is. Like flowery vomit. As this was my Xmas gift to myself on a limited budget this year makes itneven more disappointing. Shamefully bad. I looked at other reviews and realize that I am not the only one. Get back to the lab and fix this abomination!

I had purchased Zen Eau de Parfum when I was in Italy. My daughter loved the scent so much that I purchased her the larger bottle from your website. The bottle looks nothing like the one pictured when I placed my order. It came in a clear glass bottle and the scent is totally different?? I am attaching a photo of mine along side the larger bottle I purchased. I'm very disappointed.

I've been using this perfume for over 15 years, but the last bottle that I bought wasn't the same smell as the preveous ones. Unfortunately, the quality has declined so much. The scent doesn't have the same depth, you just smell alcohol and something sweet. The longevity has significantly decreased, or there is none. It became disappointing for such a fragrance to lose quality. I really hope the brand considers bringing back the original formula or improving the current version beacuse I'm not the only one who noticed that, there are similar opinions as mine of us longer users.

I've been using this perfume for many years and know its smell well. The perfume you sent me differs from the original in both scent and the bottle is different, with a wooden lid. I'm disappointed.

Why my cap is made in WOOD and not like im'n your photo ? Inacceptable and WRONG publicity... The Zen perfume doesn't hold a long time... desappointed... Please send me the GOOD CAP ! Nicole Simard
