It looks quite masculine so could be easily confused wether a perfume or aftershave, id recommend it for both males and female if the fragrance is what you like. It has a nice musky woody fruity smell that i think changes throuout the day. The fragrance lasted most of the day on skin but could smell for a couple days on my partners scarf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, the bottle design is so beautiful and elegant with the rich colors of blue and gold. It's a very appealing, luxurious, rich but elegant perfume. It is powerful and not overwhelming but perfectly balanced with flowery undertones and warm, woody composition. The scent lasts a long time, only one spray is all I need to leave my skin smelling wonderful for the rest of the day. It's now my go-to special occasions perfume, and I highly recommend it. If you're a perfume collector, this is a must-have. After it's finished, I'm absolutely keeping the bottle!

One light spray is so strong, that people notice it from across the bar. Rose comes through and the cedar and pink pepper keeps it active. This Fig is lovely. And the musk and leather came forward much sooner. It is head turning but in a way that made my friends ask what are you say “wearing”. It is all about strong woody, fruity and rose notes. It leads more to the masculine taste, Do try it, you will love it. Another one for my collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Les Absolus d'Orient Patchouli Ardent Eau de Parfum comes in a premium looking blue and gold bottle which I found really attractive. The perfume has a strong woody and spicy scent with a little hint of floral notes, which is suitable for both men and women, although I find it more manly and suitable for men. It has quite a unique scent and you either love it or hate it. It is not too overpowering and lasts for the whole day which is great. Overall, a unique perfume but unfortunately not for me.

The fragrance was fresh and was exactly the small I was looking for. Nice floral notes without being too over powering. I have used it for everyday use and for a night out and it works well in both applications. Overall a great addition to my collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this perfume smells very flowery, the reason for my rating is that it's not my type of smell but it's still not too heavy, just about right. I would wear this in the evening rather morning and when I wore it it stay on all day. I wasn't too impressed with the bottle, took me a while to figure how to open it but I managed in the end. Would recommend to anyone who loves a great flowerly smell

I want to have it just for the bottle so it looks lovely on my dressing table. The perfume itself is pretty strong, not one I would wear during the day and it lasts forever.
