Best lip liner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best value for money lip liner I have ever used. I love how it glides on smoothly. It doesn’t bleed and it’s not dry. Stays in place all day. I love the American Brown and would like you to add more brown (without a pink tinge) and bold red shades.

Great for dark skin!
