Return Policy

You may return online orders within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

Note: Some items (like makeup and skincare) cannot be returned if opened or used.

Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all Faces tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Items sold by sellers other than FACES are not eligible for return.

Refreshing

Bought these a month ago along with the trending sunscreen stick (also 5 stars) and they're wonderful. Compact and perfect for the car. They're very refreshing to use after wearing a mask to help clean my skin and remove any sweat. For an extra refresher on super hot days, I hold them in front of my cars AC vent for a moment and they get ice cold. 10/10 recommend!

These are great to remove my makeup when Im traveling. I keep them in my gym bag also so I dont have to worry about spills. Very effective and very convenient. I prefer the makeup remover oil and use the wipes when Im traveling. I like this brand because the wipes dont dry my skin out like some makeup remover wipes tend to do for my combination skin.

Great for sensitive skin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a cleansing wipe for my boyfriend and I. Not only does it work great for me, but it also works great for him. He has sensitive skin, and it can be hard to find a good cleansing wipe, but this is it! We have put this product on auto-replenishment, and will use this as our main cleansing wipe going forward.

Great for Sensitive Skin and Eyes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first step in removing my makeup from my day. It feels amazing, is not oily and does not sting my eyes. I follow up with my cleansing and clarifying and then my moisture. These are also great if you want to refresh your skin on the go, arms, neck etc.

Versatile + so good post-gym!

Super easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you come home tired and want to relax quickly and don't want such a long routine of facial cleansing, these towels are the best. they clean in depth and do not leave your skin tight and dry like others.

Dry wipes

I bought this item about a week ago but when it arrived I undid the flap and tried to use these... They are not wet enough to even move across my skin without being super rough which feels bad on my skin.

Great product

I love the cleansing sheets. I also liked the cleansing sheets when it was the Pureness cleansing sheets. Those were also discontinued but at least I had a product to fall back on which were these wipes.
